Because of the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. We want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase so if you need any help with your theme, please contact us.
How does your licensing work?
Basically, same licensing as StudioPress. You can purchase and use for unlimited number of sites (including client sites). Your purchase entitles you to support but your clients' would need to purchase the theme in question to get direct support.
What kind of support is included?
Our themes are a breeze to setup, simple to use, and include no unnecessary bells & whistles which means your need for support should be minimal. We are here to help you with anything related to setup issues or questions, bug fixes, and general questions on how to use the theme. Customization help is not included in the cost of the theme.
